Keskitetty viilennys toimii laatuasunnoissa Toshiban VRF takaa asumismukavuuden uudessa kouvolalaisessa asuinkerrostalossa. Keskitetty jäähdytysjärjestelmä ja energiamonitorointi olivat kohteeseen paras ratkaisu. Lokakuussa 2016 Kouvolan keskustan tuntumaan valmistunut 23 asunnon Asunto Oy Kouvolan Pilke on moderni korkeatasoinen taloyhtiö.Energiatehokas rakennus on tiivis ja moderneissa asunnoissa on suuret ikkunat tuomassa sisään mahdollisimman paljon luonnonvaloa. Niinpä kesäaikainen viilennys on erittäin tärkeä asumismukavuutta lisäävä tekijä.
Salon Tennishalli
Salon Tenniskeskus Oy:ssä panostetaan energiatehokkuuteen ja ympäristöystävällisyyteen, joten halliin asennettiin Toshiban 61kW Digital Inverter ilmalämpöpumput. Energiatehokkuusinvestoinnit ovat parantaneet hallin olosuhteita ja mikä parasta: säästävät rahaa.
Sokos Hotelli Seurahuone, Kotka
Toshiba VRF -lämpöpumppujärjestelmä on toiminut jäähdytys- ja lämmitysjärjestelmänä Kotkan Sokos hotellilla jo vuodesta 2011. Laite on tehoiltaan 75 kW ja järjestelmällä on mahdollisuus sekä lämmittää että jäähdyttää yhtä aikaa.
IKEA KUOPIO
Toshiba VRF järjestelmä on toiminut jäähdytysjärjestelmänä Kuopion Ikeassa vuodesta 2011. Laite on tehoiltaan 40 kW. Laite toimii toimistotilojen jäähdyttäjänä.
Terveystalo Kannelmäki
Toshiba VRF järjestelmä on toiminut jäähdytysjärjestelmänä Helsingin Kannelmäen Terveystalossa vuodesta 2012. Järjestelmä pitää sisällään 33 sisäyksikköä ja laitteilla pääasiassa jäähdytetään asiakastiloja.

STATOIL ESTONIA-huoltoasemat
Toshiba 16kW Estia ilma-vesilämpöpumppu hoitaa STATOIL-huoltamoiden käyttöveden lämmityksen sekä vesikiertoisen lattialämmityksen. Huoltoasemien jäähdytys hoituu Toshiba Digital Inventer -laitteistolla.
Hotelli Tegel, Fiskars
Fiskarsin ruukkialueella sijaitsevan Hotelli Tegelin tuloilman jäähdytys- ja lämmitysratkaisut. Tuloilmakanavassa olevaa patteria voidaan jäähdyttää tai lämmittää 40 kW Toshiba VRF AHU -järjestelmällä. 2-piirinen ratkaisu.
Asuinkerrostalo Kouvolan Kustaantähti
Kouvolan Kustaantähden jokaisessa huoneistossa on oma kanavoitava sisäyksikkö huoneistokohtaisella seinäsäätimellä. Lisäksi kerrostalon laitetilassa sijaitsee Toshiba Smart Manager keskussäädin, jolla voidaan ohjata sisäyksikköjä keskitetysti sekä mitata huoneistokohtainen jäähdytyslaitteiston energiankulutus.
